Ryann Rae Events is an event production company born in Gilbert, AZ. Founded by Amanda Bailey and Kylee Mills, two best friends that obsess over pretty little details and live for all things party. Ryann Rae Events was created to bring incredible events to life, all while developing lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses in the Arizona wedding industry and beyond.

We provide a versatile service to allow you to be as hands-on as you would like. With two creative planners & coordinators, we will maximize your budget to give you the event of your dreams. From birthday parties to weddings and everything in between, we will walk you through every step of the way to organize and execute an event to remember.

“We hired Kylee and Bailey’s Day of Wedding Coordination Services for our traditional Filipino Catholic wedding, three months before our wedding event. They responded to all of our questions day or night during our wedding preparation since most of our decorations were DIYs. We love how they gave their full attention to all the details on our wedding day. They helped us find a florist that fit our budget using their connections and they also had a seamstress, who fixed the wedding dress one week before the event. They provided full support during the wedding rehearsals in the church.

On the actual wedding day, they took care of setting up all the decorations exactly the way that we wanted. With just one text, they helped us get some important items that we forgot to bring. They took care of picking up our wedding cake. Kylee and Bailey were on our side on the whole day and night of the event. And at the end of the party, the decorations were put back in containers as if they were not opened at all. They did an exceptional work in the set up and tear down of our wedding."
