• Vendor Introduction & Confirmation: We’ll introduce ourselves to your vendors and confirm all details during the week leading up to the event, as well as on the day-of, ensuring everyone is prepared.

• Detailed Event Timeline Creation: We’ll create a detailed event timeline and distribute it to all vendors, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities for the day.

• Vendor & Venue Coordination on the Day-of: Our team will coordinate with all vendors and your venue coordinator on the day-of, managing the schedule and handling any last-minute changes.

• Ceremony Direction: We’ll direct your ceremony from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including overseeing the rehearsal the day before the wedding.

• Gratuity Distribution: We’ll handle the gratuity distribution to your vendors and venue, ensuring everything is settled seamlessly on the day-of.

• Venue Set-Up: We’ll assist with the set-up and decoration of your ceremony, reception, and venue spaces, ensuring all details are perfectly executed.
