• Initial Consultation: We’ll meet to review what’s already in place, brainstorm new ideas, and assess the remaining needs to bring your event vision to life.

• Two Follow-Up Meetings: We’ll have two additional planning sessions (up to 2 hours each) to focus on the remaining details. One of these meetings will be held 4-6 weeks before your wedding at the venue for a final walk-through.

• Floor Plan & Seating Chart Design: We’ll assist in creating your event floor plan and seating chart, ensuring everything flows perfectly for your guests.

• Preferred Vendor List: Based on your budget, we’ll provide you with a curated list of trusted vendors to fill any remaining gaps.

• Appointment Assistance: We’ll help to coordinate meetings with venues, vendors, attire fittings, and tastings, helping you stay on track.

• Full Day-of Coordination (Up to 15 Hours): Our team will be there for up to 15 hours on your wedding day to ensure everything goes according to plan.

• Vendor Confirmation: We’ll confirm all vendor details the week-of and the day-of the wedding to make sure everyone is on schedule and fully prepared.

• Detailed Event Timeline: We’ll create a comprehensive event timeline and distribute it to all vendors so everyone knows their roles and when to expect everything.

• Ceremony Direction: We’ll direct your ceremony from start to finish, including conducting the rehearsal the day before your wedding.

• Collaboration with Venue Coordinator: We’ll work closely with your venue coordinator to ensure all duties are performed flawlessly.
